Testimonials

What operators say

Booked Monday, certified Wednesday. The practical portion was thorough — the evaluator didn't let anything slide, which is exactly what you want.
Devon M. Warehouse lead, Brampton
They came to our facility and put 11 operators through reach truck recert in one day. Zero disruption to our shipping schedule.
Priya S. Operations manager, Mississauga
First time on a boom lift. Instructor was patient, explained the why behind every rule, and I left actually feeling confident at height.
Marcus T. New operator, Oakville
FAQ

Common questions

Do I need experience to take a new operator course?+

No. New operator courses assume zero experience — we start with theory and safety fundamentals, then build up seat time until you pass the practical evaluation.

How long is my certification valid?+

CSA B335 recommends re-evaluation every 3 years, or sooner after an incident, a near miss, or a change of equipment. Recertification is a half-day session.

What should I bring on training day?+

Government-issued photo ID, CSA-approved safety boots, and comfortable clothing. We supply everything else, including hi-vis vests and the equipment.

Can you certify a group at our workplace?+

Yes — on-site training on your own equipment is often the most effective option for teams of 4 or more. Ask about group rates when you book.

Is the certificate accepted across Ontario?+

Yes. Training follows CSA B335 and Ontario Ministry of Labour guidance, and you receive a certificate plus a wallet card recognized by employers province-wide.
